I don't have any ground truth imagery for you here but these objects are the core of the Toole valley arms depot and can be easily seen from ground or air without violating restricted airspace. GB nerve gas and Sarin among others are stored here and currently undergoing destruction.http://cryptome.org/wmd3-eyeball.htm looks to me to be a field command site while http://cryptome.org/wmd2-eyeball.htm appears to be a dispersal test site.
