     Motion to compel the government to withdraw the charge
     against me because the FBI were conducting an under cover
     surveillance operation. Testimony of the FBI agent Coleen
     Rowley, a lawyer in the Bureau of Minneapolis and her expert
     knowledge on FBI investigation will establish the FBI cover
     up. Hearing must be convene to hear Coleen Rowley.
     
     ALLAH U AKBAR. The US government must withdraw all charges
     against because it knows that I was under FBI surveillance
     and what was my activity in the US and abroad.
     
     FBI agent Coleen Rowley is a first class witness and expert
     on how senior FBI official were and are trying to prevent a
     deep investigation of my background before Sept 11 (and now)
     in order to avoid to have to charge me and go to court (and
     be given a lawyer) and therefore potentially running the
     risk to have a leaks that will have made headline before
     Sept 11 and about the 19 hijacker on the fact that the FBI
     had arrested a Muslim Arab at PAN AM, the same school where
     Hanjour the believe hijacker train a few weeks before.
     
     I am sure that Colin Rowley do not know the full extent of
     the information that were in the hand of the FBI when,
     on[nc] and about my arret[nc] the 16 August 2000. The
     government and Leonie Brinkema have placed all document
     under seal to prevent even their own agent to understand the
     corruption and cynical play of Senior FBI agent.
     
     Leonie Brinkema DJ will most probably try to pretend that
     Colin Rowley is not relevant for the investigation on Sept
     11. The Colin Rowley testimony under my examination will all
     the Americans to know how their own government cynically
     allow Sept 11 in order to destroy Afghanistan.
