     Motion to have "I heard you were going on Jihad"
     conversation recorded on the 18 of August 2001 by Sherburne
     County Jail and the FBI Declassified as secret and given to
     me
     
     ALLAH U AKBAR, the FBI is using Secret classification in
     order to cover up Sept 11. On June the 1 2002 they
     discretely classified a damaging conversation between AL
     ATTAS and the Imam of Norman Mosque in which the Imam say
     that he was worried for AL ATTAS and that: "I heard you were
     going on Jihad." knowing that AL ATTAS was traveling with
     me.
     
     This conversation recorded by Sherbune County Jail and
     translated by the FBI, was made on the 18 August 2001 and is
     another clear evidence that the FBI had enough evidence and
     reason for concern to go and try to get a warrant from a
     Judge. Instead senior FBI prevented their field Agent and
     lawyer such as Coleen Rowley to investigate the case in
     order to cover up the Secret surveillance operation that was
     taking place on me and the 19 hijackers.
     
     Senior FBI were obliged by the repeated complaint of PAN AM
     school staff to arrest me but they could not arrest Hanjour
     who was also reported by PAN AM because they knew that he
     was part of the 19 hijacker. But the FBI could arrest
     Zacarias Moussaoui because the FBI knew by their Secret
     surveillance that he was not with the 19 hijacker.
     
     This 18 August 2001 conversation must be declassified and
     handed to me (in paper format). How can he be Secret when AL
     ATTAS has not be charge of any crime and the Imam as well.
     Secret classification is used and will be used by the FBI to
     cover their Secret surveillance on me and the 19 hijackers.
     
     The so call counsel, now standby never inform me even of the
     existence of this Secret conversation. Anybody can
     understand why Judge, prosecution and government lawyer try
     to force me to have standby lawyer. So exculpatory evidence,
     evidence of cover up will never reach me.
