     real agenda. "However, his (Moussaoui) refusal to cooperate
     (participate in his own killing) with standby counsel
     (standby death) does not relieve them of their obligation to
     pursue a defense strategy for Mr. Moussaoui and to be
     prepared to defend this case if (when she will remove him)
     Moussaoui should forfeit his right to represent himself."
     
     US law (but who care about it?) does not give this role to
     standby lawyer. US v Singleton 107 F 3d 1091 1102 No 9 (4th
     Cr[nc] 1997)
     
     "to explain and enforce basic rules of courtroom protocol or
     to assist the defendant in over coming routine obstacles
     that stand in the way of the defendant's achievement of his
     own clearly indicated goal".
     
     Leonie Brinkema DJ want to force her government standby law
     in my defense so they will control the strategy, the Agenda.
     These government lawyer will decieve everybody by pretending
     to defend me and talking about Usama Bin Laden (May ALLAH
     protect him), Al Qeeda (?) etc. When in fact my clearly
     indicated goal is to prove that my prosecution is an FBI
     cover up on Sept 11. It is an FBI conspiracy to Murder
     Zacarias Moussaoui.
     
     DJ Leonie Brinkema is going to remove me by creating an
     "incident" in court, probably with the help of Marshall that
     will pretend I made a threatening move.  Then her standby
     will kill me by hidding the proof of an FBI cover up.
     
     Standby death lawyer must be remove Bro Free Man must be
     allow to give me out of court legal assistance on Federal
     law.
