     Cheating and lying that the only way they can win. I did not
     ask for only the right to have a look at my belonging they
     must be examined by an independent forensic expert on
     electronic surveillance device. ( Reply to the Response of
     the Government to electronic expert surveillance forensic
     independent examination of my belonging.)
     
     ALLAH U AKBAR. As usual the FBI and the prosecution are
     trying to deceive me by saying "The United States does not
     oppose the defendant's request to inspect item seized from
     him." This court must treat this response as a Non Response.
     My request is and was that my belonging seized at my arrest
     on 16 August seized at 209 Wadsack 1A Norman and my Ford
     Tauris be fully Forensic[nc] examine by forensic Expert on
     electronic device. I particularly indicated that an Electric
     FAN ( square rough 70cm x 70cm) that I left in 209 Wadsack
     1A Norman. This electric FAN was mysteriously left on my car
     like a gift when I was living alone in Monnet[nc] 329 South
     Norman.[nc] Hussein AL ATTAS and Ali Murkarain[nc] (my host
     at 209 Wadsack. 1A) know that this electric FAN belong to
     me. The FBI is again trying to cheat by preventing me to
     have this Electric Fan examine by electronic surveillance
     expert. (The same is true for the prosecution.)
     
     I did and do ask that all, including item belong to Ali
     Mukarain[nc] and AL ATTAS be examine and tested by a
     forensic electronic surveillance expert. This si very
     reasonable taking account that me, AL ATTAS and Mukarin
     lived together and that any electronic device placed by FBI
     in the house was aim at me and could have be place on any
     belonging irrespective to who it belong.
     
     I did and do ask for the Subaru of AL ATTAS to be
     independently examine for electronic device such a tracking
     device by a forensic independent expert. This is reasonable
     taking account that AL ATTAS with its Subaru was driving me
     in the US at the time of my arrest!
     
     - To examine and test also all item seized from me and AL
     ATTAS at our arrest in 16 August 02.
     
     Therefore the Court must order that electronic surveillance
     forensic expert examination by an independent laboratory
     must be conducted on the item and property and location
     cited previously in this motion and in the original motion
     subject of the government response.
     
     "Upon request of the defendant the government shall permit
     the defendant to inspect and copy or photograph .....
     tangible object .. obtained from belonging to the
     defendant."
     
     They are so kind to let me see my belonging so I can write
     my Death Will.
     
     I want an electronic surveillance forensic expert to find
     the tracking and bug of the FBI.
