In the Name of ALLAH
In the US District Court For the Eastern District of
Virginia
Filed 03 July 02

Zacarias Moussaoui v US
Muslim Godless government
Where is "my" FAN, It must be Forensically examine before
they Kill me.
Motion to have independent electronic forensic surveillance
expert to examine and test a Square FAN (70cm x 70cm)
"mysteriously" left on my car.
ALLAH U AKBAR. Around April 2001 an electric Fan was left on
my car by "unknown individual" as a kind of "gift". The FBI
having demonstrated its unwillingness to obtain a warrant
again must have use the stratagem to avoid to have to go to
a Judge to get a warrant to plant electronic surveillance
device. In fact, even today the FBI will be able to
"technically" deny to have planted a bug on me because this
electronic FAN was left on my car but it was not my property
therefore I could be said that I took it withou a right and
voluntarily therefore technically the FBI did not plant it
on my belonging because it will be said that this FAN did
not belong to me in the First place as I had technically no
right to take it even if it was on my car. That is why this
court must order a forensic electronic surveillance expert
examination of all item seized at the apartment 209 Wadsack
1A Norman (irrespective of their owner) . That it is
where[nc] I left "my" square white FAN when going in
Minnesota.
Not to repeat that "my" Ford Taurus (which is not registered
at my name but this time I did duely bought it from its
previous owner.) should be examine and tested for electronic
device. The car of Al Atta (Subaru) must undergo the same
examination.
This Motion is not a repetitive motion as I am learning the
hard way that every word count in this life. So the Fan
seized in 209 Wadsack 1A Norman, this is believe to belong
to Zacarias Moussaoui must be forensically examine.
AL ATTAS and Mukarain[nc] most definetely know and believe
that the FAN "belong" to me. The FBI will certain said "The
Government is unaware... The Government did not believe...
