     of this prosecution. As they admitted during the Trial of
     the Ambassy Bombing in Africa (see transcript) the US has
     been monitoring the Kandhar Post and communication office in
     Afganistan for many years.
     
     In True Line with Clinton Moral and Principle they are now
     "There is no basis in Law for the government to issue the
     certification by the defendant." Not only they lied when
     they declared previously that they had now recording of
     Zacarias Moussaoui But now they tell me that the law allow
     them to lie and there is nothing I can do about it.
     
     This FBI has aided and abetted the 19 hijacker, HQ has
     prevented their arrest at [word nc], airport, even the last
     airport Security and they are now entitled to prosecute me,
     to administrate Justice. They knew by monitoring my internet
     communication. (xdesertman.hotmail) my telephone call to
     Germany that I was not part of the 19 hijackers. The FBI at
     my arrest find a Kinko receipt dated of the 12 August (4 day
     before my arrest). The Kinkos receipt has the precise date,
     time, and station use when accessing the Net. Why did they
     not investigate if they thought I was a Super Terrorist.
     Because they already knew at FBI Headquarter to who I was in
     contact. They decide to arrest me because PAN AM Flight
     school staff put too much pressure and they knew that it
     will not alert the 19 hijackers. Whereas to arrest Hanjour
     the 19 hijacker that was also reported by PAN AM will have
     alerted the 19 hijackers.
     
     All communication of Zacarias Moussaoui held by US must be
     disclose.
     
     The FBI has facilitated the operation of the 19 hijacker. At
     such they are part of the conspiracy.
     
     Nobody can be Victum, Judge, Jury, Prosecution, Defendant
     and Criminal[ul].
