     Now they are trying PHYSICAL FORCE to force me to meet with
     Death appointed lawyer.
     
     Motion against the USE of Violence and threat of Violence by
     Captain Mitchell of Alexandria Jail. Order Must be enter to
     stop violence against Moussaoui.
     
     ALLAH U AKBAR. until Monday 8 June[nc] 2002 I was not
     physically force to see the Death appointed lawyer. As it is
     the Rule any inmate as the right to refuse to see anybody he
     wants especially if he knows and can prove that this person
     is participating in a Conspiracy to Murder him. Captain
     Mitchell in many occasion has admitted my absolute right to
     accept or reject visitor. As the FBI and prosecution are
     refusing to send my letter to German Parliament and High
     Court[nc], the British Parliament and Hight Court and the
     European Court of Justice for the past 2 week now I see that
     they are becoming desperate.
     
     By using[nc] violence and the threat of violence Captain
     Mitchell is playing her[nc] part so that in court the Judge,
     the prosecution and the appointed lawyer will claim that I
     entertain[nc] relation, communication with the Leonie
     Brinkema Death Squad Lawyer.
     
     This is very important for them to give this fabricated,
     false impression to the American public because they are
     planning to remove me from my defense so nobody will speak
     about FBI cover up. People will find it difficult to accept
     to have[nc] a lawyer who never had a conversation with a
     defendant.
     
     I, Zacarias Moussaoui, Never ever have an attorney/client
     communication, conversation with the New Death Lawyer
     Yamamoto and I will never have one. This is my ENMY and I
     pray to ALLAH to send him to Hell.
     
     Captain Mitchell by using force against me is breaking the
     rule of her Jail. But who care as she believes that I will
     be Killed. And a Dead cannot Sue.
