     LETHAL TACTIC: THE US GOVERNMENT IS TRYING TO SUPPRESS MY
     OPEN DECLARATION AGAINST SUICIDE
     
     Motion against government redaction of my TOTALE OPPOSITION
     TO SUICIDE and the right to respond before ORDER.
     
     ALLAH U AKBAR. The US government is using SECURITY REASONS
     TO TRY TO SENSURE MY DEEP ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS BELIEF THAT
     SUICIDE IS FORBIDDEN IN ISLAM.
     
     On July 5 2002 I filed a Motion titled: Vicious Tactic where
     I describe all of the measure taken to prevent my defense
     (sensure to write to European Court of Justice and
     parliament, which until now has not be permitted for the 3
     (third) week in a row.
     
     Moreover due to the [word nc] and severe nature of the
     vicious Tactic I indicated that the US gov might probably
     consider to KILL me having claimed that I was mentally
     unstable. The US will try to STAGE A SUICIDE FOR MOUSSAOUI.
     So I took and take the precaution to state clearly and
     unequivocaly: "TO ALL MY BROTHER, I WANT TO SAY THAT SUICIDE
     IS FORBIDDEN IN ISLAM. YOU GO TO HELL FOR EVER."
     
     Now the US government and FBI is also trying to suppress of
     a Vital witness in my favor in their motion to suppress, to
     sensure. On June 21 2001 in my motion: Opposition to
     Government Appointed Lawyer .... I gave the initial K and
     description of a brother who is Leader of an Islamic Center
     in Manchester, England, this Brohter KALAN acted as a go
     between in marriage discussion with a Palistane Sister that
     I visited a few day before coming to the US. This brother
     Kalan and these marriage discussions can be very helpful to
     make understand an honest person that I had no intention to
     commit "Suicide" when I cam to the US.
     
     I did not give the full name of brother Kalan so he will not
     be harass by the press. The FBI has the Name of Brother
     Kalan since 16 August 2001 (my arrest) as brother Kalan was
     one of the few name with telephone number that appear in the
     notebooks seized on me at my arrest. Brother Kalan can be a
     witness in my favor that why the FBI try to sensure his name
     so he will not come forward to help me.
     
     Finally, the US government and FBI have insulted the coran
     (see my motion: US gov insulting the Book of ALLAH) and want
     to redact verse of Coran from my motion against Vicious
     Tactic by US gov. namely Chapt 9 Verse 111. Freedom of
     religion and expression must be respected. Especially when I
     already use this verse in court and other. As I was
     finishing to write this motion against a [word nc] letter
     request (not even a motion, so nobody know about) by the US
     gov to DJ Brinkema (which I received Today the 9 of July) I
     received also the order of Brinkema DJ Granting all the
     request by the US. IT IS BECOMING A COMPLETE SET UP. NOT
     EVEN A CHANCE TO FIGHT.
