     Legal Argument.
     
     A court through its supremacy power over the Grand Jury, can
     direct that certain evidence be presented to a Grand Jury
     only when the failure to do so would result in a clear
     deprivation of due process or manifest miscarriage of
     justice.
     
     Taking account of the testimony of Coleen Rowley, the
     refusal by the FBI to specifically certify that they were
     not conducting a surveillance operation and the classified
     conversation ( "I heard you were going on Jihad) THERE IS
     DUE CONCERN ABOUT THE TRUTHFULNESS OF THE FBI AND THE US
     PROSECUTION.
     
     IN FACT ONE CAN SAFELY SAY THAT IF THIS PROSECUTION IS
     ALLOWED TO GO CONTINUED IT WILL RESULT IN THE MOST
     OUTRAGEOUS MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE, WHERE THE FBI WHO
     FACILITATED THE MOVEMENT OF THE 19 HIJACKER IN THE US WILL
     KILL ZACARIAS MOUSSAOUI TO SILENCE HIM.

     - Kinkos receipt date from 12 August 2002. in Heagan[nc]
     Minnesota. (Found on me at my arrest).
     
     - Order of deportation by the INS
     
     - 2 Notebook (FBI photocopy) find on me at my arrest.
     
     - ELECTRIC FAN SEIZED AT 209, 1A WADSACK, [nc] Norman.
     (around 70cm x 70cm, white in color).
     
     Except for the classified AL ATTAS conversation and the
     electric fan, I can produce photocopy from the FBI of these
     document above. This request is no burdensome so it must
