     hijacker.
     - FBI REFUSAL TO GIVE THE BUG ELECTRIC FAN THAT THEY
     PLANTED.

     were going on Jihad" between AL ATTAS and Norman Imam (that
     give them more than "due cause" to get a warrant, ask Coleen
     Rowley).
